Bianca Eugene is the Program Manager for the Center of Population Sciences for Health Equity and the NIH-funded research project, Florida FIRST. Bianca earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Minor in Predictive Health from Emory University; as well as her Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health, from Florida State University. Bianca has a specialization in business analytics which she has used in previous roles in project coordination, project management, and data analytics for large-scale administrative health projects and contracts. She provides creative, data-informed, collaborative approaches to managing programs and projects for CPSHE.
