Michael W. Ross
Michael W. Ross, PhD MedDr DSc, is Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He holds a masters and diploma in criminology from the University of Cambridge, an MPH from the University of Adelaide, and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, Australia. His MedDr is from Malmö University, Sweden, and DSc from Massey University, New Zealand. Dr Ross has research interests in cross-cultural studies, Internet data collection, sexual and gender minorities, and prison populations, as well as STIs and HIV. He is familiar with large international data sets of sexual and gender minorities, and has worked extensively in Europe, South East Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa as well as the U.S.
