Dr. Rasheda Haughbrook is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Florida State University. She obtained her PhD and MS in Developmental Psychology from Florida State University; Dr. Haughbrook also completed her MS in Molecular Cell Biology and dual degrees in Psychology and Biology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Her research interests examine the interplay of the environment and biology on academic and developmental outcomes within African American children and also evaluate developmental differences within historically excluded groups as a consequence of biological and environmental factors.
