Jairo Pena Hidalgo is a doctoral candidate in Statistics at Florida State University and a graduate research assistant at the Center of Population Sciences for Health Empowerment. He has three BScs in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics and two MScs in Mathematics and Statistics. His research focuses on model selection and estimation for statistical network models.
