Ms. Urbaniak is the Program Manager of Science and Research for the Center of Population Sciences for Health Empowerment (CPSHE). She is experienced in managing multiple interdisciplinary grants and coordinating studies in the Colleges of Nursing and Medicine at Florida State University. Her involvement in research began during her undergraduate studies as a research assistant for the Center of Translational Behavioral Science (CTBS), where she worked on the EPIS (Exploration, Preparation, Implementation, and Sustainment) model and Scale It Up Florida project, part of the Adolescent Trials Network. Prior to joining CPSHE, Ms. Urbaniak obtained her Bachelors in History from Florida State University, and worked as a clinical coordinator in primary health settings. Presently, she manages the Florida FIRST, Beyond Shelters, Project Elevate, and Project BRAVE grants for CPSHE, as well as the FDA contract Modernizing and Decentralizing Clinical Trials.
