Rachel Harris

Rachel Harris is a doctoral graduate of the College of Social Work at Florida State University and a postdoctoral scholar at the Center of Population Sciences for Health Empowerment. She holds a BA in International Affairs with a concentration in Political Science, an MSW with a concentration in Social Policy and Administration, and a graduate certificate in Measurement and Statistics.

Her research focuses on populations facing significant challenges in relation to health and social service engagement, provider-client relationships, social factors influencing health, and health-related challenges across groups. She is also interested in developing culturally appropriate interventions and services to improve health outcomes.
