Rachel Harris is a doctoral candidate in the College of Social Work at Florida State University and a graduate research assistant at the Center of Population Sciences for Health Equity. She has a BA in International Affairs with a concentration in Political Science, an MSW with a concentration in Social Policy and Administration, and a graduate certificate in Measurement and Statistics. Her research is focused on marginalized populations in relation to health and social service engagement; provider-client relationships; social determinants of health and health-related inequities; and culturally appropriate interventions and services.
